We connect to each dispatch software the way it wants to be connected. One-click sign-in for some, a single login credential for others. You don't see any of it — you just see the lead in your tab.

Keeps trying when things break

If your dispatch software is down for 5 minutes, we keep trying until it's back. If your login expired, we flag it in the dashboard so you can fix it in 10 seconds and the queue resumes.

Send a test lead from Settings

Click 'Test' in Settings to fire a real test lead through your live hook-up. You see the response and any errors immediately — without touching your real form on the website.

Pick your dispatch software from the dropdown in Settings, paste the credential (most providers need a single login or access token), and you're done. What contractors ask before they sign up.

Which dispatch software should I pick if I'm starting fresh?+
Most trades start on Jobber for under-$500/mo invoicing + scheduling. ServiceTitan is heavier-weight — better if you're dispatching $5k+/mo. GoHighLevel is the agency-replacement choice. Housecall Pro is field-service heavy. Zapier if you've already built a flow. Custom hook-up for anything else.
What if my login expires?+
The dashboard flags 'reconnect needed' the second a sync fails for that reason. Re-paste the new login and the queue resumes — past leads aren't lost, they're queued in Pipeline as 'pending sync' until the login works again.
Can I send a lead to two dispatch softwares at once?+
v1 supports one per account. The cleanest pattern for dual-destination is to point at Zapier (or a custom hook-up) and fan out from there.
Do you store my login in plain text?+
Stored encrypted, never logged. The dashboard masks the credential on read (****abcd) so a screen-share doesn't leak the token.
What lead info gets sent across?+
Name, phone, email, what they want done, the rough value of the job, and which ad they came from. Each dispatch software maps those onto its own fields automatically.
